hi, i’m chrrie.

I'm a multidisciplinary artist from the Greater

Tkaronto Area with a soft spot for surrealism.

My work is often illustrative and whimsical,

with expressive line work. I love creating creatures

and my favourite thing to doodle is eyes.

My mediums of choice are painting (gouache and oil)

and needle felting. But I rotate mediums often,

especially when the seasons change.

I was raised on The Powerpuff Girls, The Flaming Lips, Van Gogh, No Doubt, and many other strange and wonderful culprits of my identity.

I am a sucker for a good cartoon, a perfectionist, and an advocate social change. Long story short- a mirror for all the things I’ve loved. That’s how you keep that spark of youth alive, baby!
